Which box do the orders come in?
All standard products are carefully packed in our regular delivery packaging to keep them safe in transit. If you are sending a gift or simply want that extra special touch, you can upgrade to a Gesture-branded luxury gift box for an additional £5. Your items will be beautifully presented, making it perfect for sending directly to someone’s door.
Personalised products
Some of our products can be personalised to make your gift feel even more thoughtful. Where personalisation is available, it will be clearly shown on the product page, along with any options such as names, initials or short phrases. Personalisation is available at an extra cost, which may vary depending on the product and style of customisation. Please double-check spelling before placing your order, as personalised items are usually non-refundable.
Gift Messages
Yes, we offer free gift messages on orders. You can add your message at the cart page before checking out, and we’ll print it neatly on a message card to include with your order. We don’t include any pricing inside the parcel, so it’s ideal for sending gifts directly to friends and family.
Pre-ordering
If you order more than one product and one of them is a pre-order, your full order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available. This helps reduce packaging and deliveries, and means everything arrives in one go. If you would prefer to receive the in-stock items sooner, please get in touch via our contact page after placing your order and we’ll do our best to rearrange this for you. Additional postage charges may apply for split shipments.
